File specifications:
Please ensure your files meet the specifications outlined below. Don’t hesitate to call us should you have any questions or concerns.
Please Note: Files that are not print ready and subject to prepress alterations will incur additional charges and will delay delivery.
Acceptable file formats:
eps, ai or pdf
All fonts must nbe converted to outlines no matter what format you use. We no longer accept quark files. Please do not send flattened artwork.
Fonts
Convert ALL text to outlines. Do not include fonts.
Resolution
For large format artwork, resolution must be 150 dpi at 100% for anything smaller then 2 ft, artwork must ne 300 dpi at 100%.
Colour
Please ensure your artwork is in cmyk format
Bleed
There must be a 1/4” bleed on all files unless otherwise stated. Our tradeshow displays have specific templates. Please see below for the zipped files.
Proof Reading
Please proof read all text before sending artwork and upon receipt of proofs. We are not responsible for spelling & errors.
